Recording Studio
A purpose-designed audio studio for recording, mixing, and production work. With isolation, control room design, and monitoring, it supports high-fidelity capture and creative experimentation.
Tracking Room: 20 ft × 25 ft × 12 ft ceiling
Control Room: 12 ft × 16 ft × 9 ft ceiling
Seating / Monitoring: 3 operator seats, 2 guest seats, plus space for one or two performers
Dance Studio
A sleek, open dance studio built for rehearsal, class, and movement-based performance. Full-length mirrors, sprung floor, and flexible audio/lighting make it ideal for choreographers and dancers. Emphasis is on flow, floor, and expression.
Dimensions: 35 ft wide × 50 ft deep × 18 ft ceiling height
Capacity: 25–30 dancers (studio class mode); up to ~50 for open-floor performance
Main Theater
A full-featured theatre space optimized for performances, showcases, and live events. With stadium-style seating and flexible staging, it delivers immersive audience experiences. Ideal for concerts, plays, film screenings, and more.
Dimensions: 60 ft wide × 45 ft deep × 25 ft ceiling height
Seating Capacity: 250 fixed seats, plus 30 removable house seats
